At NISMC™, we are committed to providing high-quality stock market education and maintaining transparency in all financial transactions with our students. This Fee & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to course fees, payment schedules, refunds, late fee penalties and administrative procedures.
By enrolling in any course offered by NISMC™, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to abide by the terms of this policy.
1. Fee Payment Policy
All students are required to pay the course fees in accordance with the payment schedule communicated at the time of admission or enrollment.
The institute reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to classroom training, online sessions, study material, practical sessions, certification, or any other academic service in case of pending or unpaid dues.
Students must ensure that all fees are paid on or before the due dates communicated by the institute.
2. Late Fee Policy
Students are required to clear their scheduled fee installments on or before the due date.
If payment is not received by the due date, a late payment penalty of ₹100 per day shall be applicable until the outstanding amount is cleared.
If the fee remains unpaid for seven (7) days after the due date, the institute reserves the right to place the student’s classes on hold until the pending dues are fully cleared.
In the event of genuine emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, the student may submit a written request explaining the situation to the institute through the official email before the due date of payment.
Such requests will be reviewed by the management and may be accepted only if the reason is found to be genuine and justified.
Approval of such requests shall be solely at the discretion of the institute management.
This relaxation shall be granted only once during the entire course duration for any student.
Any request received after the due date of payment may not be considered by the institute.
3. Refund Policy
NISMC™ understands that certain circumstances may require a student to withdraw from a course. Refund requests will be considered strictly in accordance with the following conditions:
If a student withdraws from the course within ten (10) days of enrollment, seventy-five percent (75%) of the course fee will be refunded after deduction of administrative and registration charges.
If withdrawal occurs after the first week but before completion of the first month, fifty percent (50%) of the course fee will be refunded after deduction of administrative and registration charges.
No refund shall be issued after the completion of one month from the date of enrollment.
No refund shall be issued if the student has availed any discount, scholarship, promotional offer, concession, or special pricing at the time of admission.
4. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the student must submit a formal written request to the institute’s administration.
The request must clearly mention the reason for withdrawal and include any supporting documentation if applicable.
The institute reserves the right to review, verify and evaluate the request before approving any refund.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges shall be strictly non-refundable:
Administrative charges and registration fees.
Any study material, books, printed materials, digital content, online resources, learning tools, software access, or any academic material (whether in physical or digital form) that has been provided, allotted, issued, activated, or ordered on behalf of the student shall be strictly non-refundable.
Any portion of the course that has already been completed, attended or delivered to the student.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refund requests will be processed within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of the written refund request.
Refunds shall normally be processed using the same payment method used at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise required due to operational or technical reasons.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases involving medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the institute management may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of such requests shall be entirely at the discretion of the institute management and shall not be considered a standard entitlement.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or disagreement relating to fees, payments or refunds shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion between the student and the institute administration.
In the event that the matter remains unresolved, any dispute arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
9. Policy Modification
NISMC™ reserves the right to amend, update or modify this Fee & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any updates or modifications will be communicated through the institute’s official website or other authorized communication channels.
