Rules & Regulations for Admission
- Candidate's age should be 16 years and above.
- Minimum qualification for trading and Investment courses should be 10+ and above.
- Minimum qualification for Career oriented diploma courses should be 12+ and above.
- Minimum qualification for post graduate diploma courses should be graduate and above.
- PAN Card and Aadhaar are must for enrollment.
- Trading and demat account opening are compulsory at the time of enrollment.
- Personal Laptop is recommended for better experience
- SEBI and Exchanges examination fee is not included in course fee, it will be directly pay through their portal only.

- Attendance should be 95%
- Behavior and character clearance should be cleared by concern faculties.
- All required SEBI and Exchange certifications should be cleared.

- Fee should be submitted before due date.
- After due date ₹200/- penalty per day will be applicable.
- After 7 days overdue, classes will be paused.
- After 30 days overdue, registration will be terminated.
- If candidate pay fee in cash in branch, then He/She has to mail receipt on support@nismc.com within 24 hours to update and confirmation.
- Fee payment through cheque/Net Banking/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/UPI/Credit Card/Debit Card will be considered after clearance.

Attendance and Punctuality
- Students are expected to attend all classes and sessions punctually.
- Latecomers may be subject to disciplinary action, including possible exclusion from certain activities.

- Respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
- Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to, use of mobile phones during classes, talking out of turn, or engaging in activities not related to the curriculum, will not be tolerated.
