Refund Policy for NISMC Courses

Thank you for choosing NISMC™ for your stock market education needs. We strive to provide superior education and services to all our students. However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

Fees Refund:

✔ If a student withdraws from the course within the 10 days of enrollment, 75% refund of the course fees will be refunded after deduction of administrative and registration charges.

✔ If withdrawal occurs after the first week but before the end of the first month, a 50% refund of the course fees will be refunded after deduction of administrative and registration charges.

✔ No refunds will be issued after the completion of one month of enrollment.

✔ No refunds will be issued if the student avail any discount, offer, scholarship and concession at the time of registration.

Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, students must formally request the refund by submitting a written request to the institute’s administration office.

The request must include the reason for withdrawal and any supporting documentation if applicable.

Non-Refundable Items:

Administration and registration fees are non-refundable.

Any study materials or resources provided/allotted/ordered on behalf of registration to the student are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for any portion of the course that has already been completed by the student.

Processing Time:

Refund requests will be processed within 30 -45 days of receipt of the written request.

The refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the initial enrollment, unless otherwise specified.

Administrative Charges:

Administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.


In case of justifying conditions such as medical emergencies or unexpected events, the management reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved through discussion and negotiation between the student and the institute’s administration.

Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Agra.

Changes to Refund Policy:

The institute reserves the right to amend or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students through our official website.
